What this website does not do

This is a showcase website: it has no forms, no user accounts, no online payment. We do not collect any personal data through it. If you contact us by phone or email, your contact details are only used to answer your enquiry and are kept no longer than 12 months after our last exchange.

Never send supporting documents before a first conversation. Under French regulation (decree no. 2015-1437), only documents on the statutory list may be requested when you apply for a tenancy — and never through this website.

Cookies

This website uses no cookies or trackers requiring consent — which is why you don't see a cookie banner.

Analytics

We use Umami, a cookieless analytics tool, self-hosted within the European Union. It collects no identifying data, does not track you across other websites, and its data is not cross-referenced with any other processing. In line with the French data protection authority (CNIL) guidelines, it is exempt from consent.

Technical logs

Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) and our technical error monitoring tool (Sentry, data hosted in the European Union) may temporarily process technical data (IP address, browser type) for security and reliability purposes, based on our legitimate interest. Any transfers to the USA rely on the applicable compliance framework (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) and standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to alaintav@free.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL.
